WELLNESS TIP WEDNESDAY: Are you trying too hard to be a healthier eater?

 

Gluten free? no sugar? cutting out dairy? less meat? more meat?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to keep up with all the ideas about how to be a healthier eater these days.
