WELLNESS TIP WEDNESDAY: Natural Support for Allergy Symptoms


We are heading full into spring here in Boston. Trees are greening and things are blooming.
And I’m wondering… are you someone who struggles with allergy symptoms?

Allergies can sometimes take the fun right out of enjoying the spring season, huh?

There are certainly lots of things people do to help alleviate symptoms.

In this week’s Wellness Tip Wednesday I wanted to share with you a natural support that I’ve found really useful.

Perhaps you’ve heard the suggestion of using a neti pot to rinse your nasal passages?
Well in theory, I love the idea and I think the neti pot can be a good tool for some people.

But I’m not one of them.
For whatever reason, the tipping and draining bothers my ears.

So I’ve found an alternative way to clear and hydrate your nasal passages — it is a good thing to do for your health and comfort this, or any season!
