Revitalize Your Life! is an empowering 4-week, small group workshop designed to help busy people rejuvenate and reconnect with what nourishes, balances, & energizes their lives.

By the end of the winter months here in New England, many folks I know find themselves stuck in a bit of a rut… lots of reasons come to mind:

    • the gloomy-ness and frustration of the weather
    • a disconnect with our bodies – from the season’s weight gain or just a lack of being active
    • the decreased time socializing or being out in nature

Spring is a natural time for our bodies, minds & spirits to yearn for re-energizing.
And it’s the perfect time to benefit from the inspiration and motivation that comes from connecting with others who are seeking the same thing!

That’s why I created the Revitalize Your Life! group workshop.


My name is Katrina. I am a certified wellness coach. In my work with clients (and in my own life) I have found 3 main keys that show up consistently when people set intentions for living a life filled with vitality and contentment…

In this 4 week interactive experience you’ll explore deep nourishment, movement & rest
for your body, mind & spirit through:

      • a clarifying and energizing mini food cleanse
      • stimulating and calming breath work
      • fun creativity explorations
      • rejuvenating movement and restorative yoga exercises
      • illuminating chakra energy balancing work
      • and grounding meditation reflections

You’ll also learn tools and strategies for: 

  • discovering & sustaining balanced energy in your day to day life and
  • creating meaningful goals & healthy-living intentions you feel empowered to follow through on


Best of all, this compelling workshop will offer you an opportunity to experience the empowering support that comes from journeying together with other inspiring people – who will hear you, encourage you, laugh, rest and breathe into spring with you.


Here’s how it works and what you’ll get:

The workshop runs for 4 weeks on Saturday mornings. The cost is $237

It will be a rich and personalized small group retreat-like experience for 9 people committed to taking on the new season and re-energizing their lives.  (The connection & community support we create with each other will likely continue on well past our outlined gathering times).

    • We’ll meet for 4 weekly sessions – in warm, light filled studio in West Somerville, MA.
    • 2016 dates are: Saturday mornings, April 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd ~~~ 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (a nourishing mid-morning snack will be provided).
    • You’ll receive comprehensive worksheets and resources to help you reflect over the weeks, record your revitalizing work and enable you to revisit it throughout the year.
    • You’ll also have access to a private on-line group forum for on-going connection, encouragement and resource sharing among workshop members.


  • You’ll receive a private, full Foot Reflexology session from Katrina to help you revitalize your body as you step into spring (you’ll have the opportunity to schedule your individual session at your convenience) — a $70 value.

What I loved most about the spring class was the progression through different aspects of self-care, and how it all tied in to nourishing, resting and moving the body, mind and soul.
