WELLNESS TIP WEDNESDAY: How to have a great week – bookend your days

Do you sometimes go through the week getting to bed way too late, having a hard time getting up in the morning, rushing to work and having your whole day really not feel good and flow because of it?

It’s a pattern many of us often mindlessly fall into.

In this week’s Wellness Tip Wednesday I’m sharing a tip I refer to as ‘bookending your days.’ An awareness and intentionality about how you not only begin each day, but how you end them, really makes a powerful difference in how you experience life.

Share your thoughts in the comments below.
I’d love to hear if you do this and what ideas you have for bookending your days?

I missed this one while I was at my silent retreat. I love it! I stink at going to bed – I’m a natural night owl and still have that little kid reaction – I don’t wanna go to bed. And I regret it every morning! Particularly interested in that Desire Map planner. Thanks for the ideas!. Tracy

    • Hey Tracy! I totally know what you mean about the little kid reaction 🙂 That’s why I totally choose things I look forward to doing for my wind down time. And something I’ve noticed when I keep the pattern up for a while, is that the good (awake, alive, in my flow) feeling it generates the rest of the day becomes palpable and I start yearning for that feeling more than my night owl feelings. p.s. When Danielle LaPorte gets new planners in for the new year, I’ll send you a link!
